Maintenance Technician

Compensation :  $20 - $24  per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:  Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform apartment  maintenance and  repairs, and preventative  maintenance
• Complete painting, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovation projects
• Maintain the appearance and safety of apartment communities
• Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with residents

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment  maintenance, property  maintenance, facilities  maintenance, or related trades
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building  maintenance
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, dependable, and team oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors as needed
