About the Role:
We are a growing company looking for a dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the voice of our brand helping customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied all from the comfort of your home.
 
What You'll Do
 
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone, email, live chat, or other support channels
 
- Resolve issues related to orders, billing, accounts, returns, and general product inquiries
 
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the company system
 
- Handle inbound interactions while ensuring adherence to company policies, service standards, and performance metrics
 
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when needed
 
 
What We're Looking For
 
- High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication skills; proficiency with computer systems and customer service software; strong problem-solving abilities; and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, or admin experience preferred
 
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, Zoom, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook or Slack is a plus
 
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
 
- Strong sense of empathy and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
