Job Description RELATIONSHIP MANAGER + JUNIOR SALES Van’s Honda is searching for a dynamic and friendly Junior Sales + Relationship Manager. While the end goal is to sell cars, here at Van’s Honda we want to emphasize the importance of the customer relationship and ultimately their experience. We want to ensure that even if they don’t purchase with us, they keep us in mind for their future needs. We discourage high-pressure sales tactics in favor of a consultative sales process focused on building long-term relationships. Our customers should not feel intimidated but should instead feel welcomed and encouraged to speak freely. We want to be their go-to for any car related needs leading to the end goal of not only one purchase, but maintaining them as a trusted & loyal customer for years to come!
