We are seeking an organized individual to keep our customer relationship management (CRM) system clean and current. This role supports sales and customer success teams.
Key duties:
- Enter new contact records including name, job title, company, email, phone number, and source.
- Add interaction logs: call notes, email summaries, and meeting dates.
- Merge duplicate contact or account records using CRM merge tools.
- Remove outdated or unsubscribed contacts from active marketing lists.
- Assign followup tasks to the correct sales representative based on territory rules.
- Run monthly data completeness reports and fill missing key fields.
- Update lead statuses (new, contacted, qualified, lost) as instructed by team leads.
