Essential Functions

  • Lead, motivate, and support multiple crews prioritizing work.
  • Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
  • Reviews DOT, OSHA, and company safety guidelines. Conducts all safety meetings.
  • Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
  • Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
  • Tracks inventory.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including Field Worker discipline and documentation.
  • Approve Field Workers’ timesheets for payroll by deadline.
  • Responsible for all customer relations.
  • Implementing, training, and managing software applicable to customer relations.
  • Ensures that workspaces are clean and organized.

Supervisory Responsibility

The position directly supervises a maximum of 8 employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, scheduling, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of temperature conditions at job sites. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type

This is a full-time position.
Hours vary depending on number of jobs and scheduling needs.

Travel

Local travel (within the surrounding areas) but a vehicle will be provided.

Required Education and Experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Related managerial &/or leadership experience or training.
  • Must love working and serving co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
