We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.
This is more than a scheduling position. Our dispatchers are the central hub of our operation, coordinating technicians, managing emergency service calls, communicating with customers, and making the decisions that keep our business moving efficiently every day.

What You'll Do
- Dispatch and route HVAC technicians throughout assigned territories.
- Build efficient daily schedules that maximize technician productivity and minimize drive time.
- Coordinate emergency service calls with urgency and sound judgment.
- Communicate professionally with technicians, customers, account managers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor work orders from creation through completion.
- Update work order statuses and documentation accurately and in real time.
- Coordinate purchase orders,, access requirements, crane scheduling, and other logistical needs when required.
- Identify scheduling conflicts before they impact our customers.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on every work order.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software platforms.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous dispatch, logistics, scheduling, routing, HVAC, or service industry experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
