Accounting Manager needed by Sentury Tire USA, Inc. in Rialto, CA. Lead the month-end fin close process & oversee the preparation of annual fin rprts; Cndct comprehensive review of fin metrics, identifying & examining significant variations; Dvlp & implmnt process improvements that enhance org efficiency & fin rprting; Assist in responding to request for fin info from external entities; Collab w/ cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive fin oversight. Req. Master's deg in acctng or rltd field & 3 yrs of exp as an Accountant or Auditor; CPA License; Exp w/ audits of fin statements prepared in accord w/ U.S. GAAS & U.S. GAAP; Exp w/ Alteryx or other data anlss tools; Exp w/ documentation s/w such as audit documentation s/w or acctng s/w; Exp of supervising teams consisting of two or more staff members.
