Job Responsibilities : The following describes some of the general responsibilities. It is not a complete list of all responsibilities. •Train and mentor each employee so that they reach the fullest potential. •Recruit, hire and retain the showroom staff. •Evaluate staff performance along with taking necessary action to improve result and/or eliminating problems. •Ensure that showroom displays are set up according to specifications. •Be the direct contact to provide guidance to the showrooms as to how to resolve a problem that they are facing. •Maintain inventory accuracy. •Monitoring of staff to ensure that they are following procedures, policies and giving our customers the highest level of customer service. •Upkeep of store facilities and IT via coordination with appropriate parties.
