Dispatcher (Santa Ana, CA) Coord & dispatch drivers by using the Amazon Relay platform. Monitor shipment status, routes, & apptmt times & communicate updates as needed. Verify load info, delivery instructions, & routing details. Communicate w/ drivers & carriers to relay schedules, instructions, & operational updates. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities & report delays or service issues. 40 hrs/wk.
