Responsibilities
- Coordinate towing drivers and assign tasks using Towbook software
- Manage communication between dispatchers, drivers, and customers
- Maintain accurate records of towing activities and driver statuses
- Provide direct customer support and updates during service calls
- Ensure timely dispatch and resolution of transportation requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or transportation
- Proficient with transportation software, specifically Towbook
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
