EMS CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Applications for a Full-Time EMS Clinical Coordinator Position with the Central Jackson County FPD are being accepted until June 12th, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.

This position will develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate all phases of clinical training. This individual will assist with the organization and instruction of certification programs, develop and present CEUs for internal and external audiences, and assist with the EMT and paramedic programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an active paramedic or with RN licensure and pre-hospital experience.

Previous EMS educational or preceptor experience.

40-hour EMS Instructor Certificate within 6 months of hire.

Ability to present on numerous EMS topics at an advanced practice level.

Proficient in computer knowledge and skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Instructor certification in ACLS, AMLS, PHTLS, EPC, BLS, and PALS.
