Landscape Foreperson

We are seeking an experienced Artisan Feature Landscape Foreman to join our established and growing landscape company as we expand our services to include custom water features. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship and outdoor design.

The Foreman will be responsible for leading and supervising a landscape crew on a variety of projects, including landscape, hardscape, and water feature installations. This includes planning daily tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards, and serving as the on-site point of contact. Experience with stonework, lighting, grading, plant installation, and water features such as ponds, fountains, or waterfalls is highly valued.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, as travel to job sites is required. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience running a crew are essential. This is a part-time, as-needed position, with the potential for increased hours as the water feature division grows.
