Pharmacist

Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacist Maryville, TN 

Blount Discount Pharmacy is looking for a full-time or part-time pharmacist to join our team

in Maryville, Tennessee.

We are an independent community pharmacy focused on providing excellent patient care and

personal service. Were looking for a dependable, personable pharmacist who enjoys working

with patients and being part of a close-knit pharmacy team.

We are open to candidates seeking either a full-time position or a part-time schedule, and

scheduling can be discussed based on availability and the needs of the pharmacy.

Position Responsibilities:

Accurately review and dispense prescriptions

Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions

Perform prospective drug utilization review

Administer immunizations as needed

Communicate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals

Work closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff

Help maintain an efficient, accurate, and patient-focused pharmacy workflow

Build strong relationships with patients and provide the personal service expected in an

independent community pharmacy

Qualifications:

Current Tennessee pharmacist license in good standing

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Community or retail pharmacy experience preferred

Immunization certification preferred

Schedule:

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Scheduling and anticipated

weekly hours will be discussed based on the applicants availability. Some Saturdays

required.
