Facilities & Warehouse Manager - Glenwood Springs Full-time position to oversee the planning, coordination, evaluation, & daily operations of the Facilities & Warehouse Department. Coordinates services required for facility construction, maintenance, & upkeep, as well as warehouse functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, & shipping of materials, supplies, tools, equipment, & parts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Construction Mngmt or related field preferred Minimum 5 yrs facilities &/or warehouse experience; supervisory experience preferred Valid Drivers License Forklift Cert within 60 days, CO Class A/B UST Operator verification within 1 yr Annual salary $137,081-$171,778 DOE.
