Pay: $45 per hour
Schedule: 30 hours per week

Requirements:
Must be 55 years of age or over to qualify for this
unique experienced worker program
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building/
facility maintenance
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows, and ability to learn
Metasys HVAC control software

Duties Include:
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and utilities
Identify building system issues and plan repairs
Provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with repair proposals and facility upgrades
