Fulfillment Specialist

General Job Description:

This role is responsible for fulfillment operations by managing on site inventory, receiving and organizing samples, maintaining a clean and aseptic workspace, preparing and labeling products, and coordinating shipments. This position will require approximately 20 hours per week. 

Responsibilities:

Initial:

• Fulfill small orders and sample requests
• Maintain inventory on location to fill requests
• Provide and maintain a clean, aseptic working and sampling environment
• Create and place product labels on bags
• Drop off shipments at corresponding carrier locations (UPS or FedEx)
• Maintain stored sample area for shelf-life testing and sample retains
• Maintain centralized inventory tracking system showing lots and samples received
• Receive incoming products or samples, up to a 50lb box
• Order and store sampling and shipping supplies on site
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks to maintain facility
• Maintain a "first-in, first-out" inventory for fulfillment.

Advanced:

• Generate shipping labels
• Create and provide necessary shipping and custom documents for orders
• Document incoming customer orders in system
• Participate in annual traceability exercises
• File and maintain customer order information and documents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Computer proficiency required
