GEAR UP | Regional Manager

WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP Regional Manager for the Harvest of Hope (HOH) and One Vision Partnership (OVP) GEAR UP programs at our partner school districts. This position is responsible for providing oversight of GEAR UP program operations and resources; establishing and implementing regional meetings and events; and acting as administrative contact for site staff. The position requires a high degree of professionalism and exercises independent judgement in interpreting and applying WSU and Department of Education policies and procedures.

Position requires a Bachelors degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in K-12 student services or related education/experiences. One (1) year or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others.

Site Manager | Southridge High School

WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP Site Manager at Southridge High School with a work location in Kennewick, WA. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, administration, and management of the WSU Tri-Cities GEAR UP project at a designated large school.

Position requires a Bachelors degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. One (1) year or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. A Masters degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
