As a Water & Coffee Equipment Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing commercial coffee machines and water filtration systems. You will provide both direct face-to-face customer support and collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction for our coffee and water equipment company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot commercial coffee machines and water filtration systems
- Perform equipment installation and parts replacement
- Provide preventive maintenance to extend equipment life
- Deliver technical training and support to customers and service team
- Assist customers face-to-face and through service team communication
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
- References from past employer or training
- Excellent references in regard to people skills.
- Positive attitude, clean working routine, follows direction from supervisors.
