Key Responsibilities

• Perform steel fabrication and welding tasks according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing materials and inventory
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Perform local deliveries using company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding, and blueprint reading
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a physical work environment
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
