Janitorial Maintenance Associate

Rittenhouse Park Community Association (RPCA) is seeking dedicated and skilled Janitorial Maintenance Associate to join our team at the Homeowners Association (HOA). The Maintenance Crew will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our community's facilities, common areas, roads, walkways, pathways, sidewalks, clubhouse, seasonal maintenance pool area, occasional landscaping areas upkeep. Upkeep of golf carts, vehicle, and all equipment.

Must have current driver's license, must be able to lift 50lbs,
Required to dispose debris and furniture from common grounds and area courts.
Willing to work flexible hours. Required 6 hours/Tues - Sat.
