What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacist with Truax Patient Services, your primary focus will be maintaining the highest standards of prescription accuracy and patient safety. Responsibilities include:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
• Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Help ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prescription-processing records.
• Provide professional oversight and support to pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to maintain an accurate, organized, and efficient workflow.
• Provide pharmacist coverage as needed to support pharmacy operations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Pharmacist license in the State of Minnesota.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred:

• Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records.
• Previous experience in specialty pharmacy, patient services, or a clinical pharmacy setting.
