A growing electrical subcontractor in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a skilled Electrical foreman to join our team. In this role, you will manage all on-site project aspects and work hand-in-hand with our project management team, from initial planning to final completion. We seek someone with a strong understanding of Code, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships within the company as well as with helpers, and with general contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/coordinate electrical installations.
• Manage project budgets and schedules with project manager.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and industry regulations.
• Work with seasoned and new helpers to ensure projects are completed in a timely, professional, and safe manner

Required Experience:

• Licensed Journeyman, State of Florida Preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• OSHA-10
• Clean driving record
