Most of our work is a mix of contract-based residential and commercial service and remodel work in homes, apartments, and businesses throughout the area.

Pay & Benefits

• Newly licensed plumbers: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus up to $1,500 sign-on bonus
• Experienced plumbers: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus up to $10,000 in bonus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes, apartments, and businesses
• Troubleshoot and fix leaks quickly and accurately
• Clear clogged drains and sewer lines
• Repair or replace broken toilets, faucets, and fixtures
• Repair, replace, and install water heaters
• Provide clear explanations of repairs and pricing to customers
• Deliver excellent, direct customer service to property owners and tenants
• Complete accurate service tickets, estimates, and invoices
• Respond promptly to service calls and manage a daily route efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential and light commercial repair work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time in the field
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
