As a Professional Mover, you will be an integral part of a dedicated moving team responsible for facilitating local, commercial, residential, and long-distance moves. Utilizing company vehicles, you will ensure safe and efficient packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and assembly of furniture, while maintaining excellent customer interactions and adherence to safety standards. On-the-job training is provided to support your skill development and success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Pack, load, unload, and transport customer belongings safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory accurately throughout the moving process
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle moving equipment and assemble furniture as needed
- Comply with safety regulations and safe lifting practices
- Coordinate with team members to complete moves smoothly
- Travel regularly for local moves and occasionally overnight for long-distance moves
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in moving or logistics
- Valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
