Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help customers find a vehicle: Ask customers questions about their needs and previous vehicles, and show them vehicles that match their needs
• Explain vehicle features: Demonstrate the vehicle's technology, performance, and benefits
• Provide information about options: Explain the available upgrades and packages, and how they can improve the vehicle's performance
• Build relationships: Develop positive relationships with customers and work to ensure they have a good experience
• Stay up to date: Keep informed about the latest vehicle production developments and market changes
• Assist with sales: Collaborate with sales managers on pricing and upgrade options, and help generate leads
• Set appointments: Schedule appointments for customers to see vehicles and test drive them
