✈️ Wire Harness Technician ✈️
A growing avionics manufacturer is hiring a Wire Harness Technician to develop new products, improve existing designs, and keep production running clean. If you like solving real technical problems — not just documenting them — and want your work flying in actual aircraft, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
✅ Design and develop solutions using simulation and modeling to support new products and process changes
✅ Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and machinery, and identify non-compliant products before they ship
✅ Build and improve production processes — coordinating inspectors, service providers, and technical resources
✅ Lead production technicians on special projects
✅ Support ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives
✅ Test new designs and drive efficiency across the floor
What you bring:
✅ Bachelor's in engineering OR 7–10 years of hands-on field experience
✅ Proven troubleshooting on manufacturing processes and machinery
✅ Strong CAD and data-analysis software skills
✅ Sharp attention to detail and high manual dexterity
✅ Clear written and verbal communication
✅ Project management experience (a strong plus)
