JOB DESCRIPTION

Work under moderate supervision to support the business and technical teams in identifying and documenting requirements for internal projects. Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder meetings and document reviews. Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications and support the development of basic data flow diagrams and process documentation, including business requirement documents and user stories. Coordinating with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution through various phases of the SDLC, following both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The analyst will support the QA team by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with the documented requirements. Performing gap analysis between current and proposed processes, supporting data migration through documentation, and contributing to the preparation of use case diagrams and process flows to aid understanding of system requirements. Working with consultants and internal stakeholders during implementation phases to clarify business objectives and assist in ensuring solutions meet user needs.

Position Requirements

Masters degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, CS, IT, Engg (any),

CIS or related field + 12 months of experience as Business Analyst or related occupation
