JOB SUMMARY The HR Service Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service representative tasks (e.g., answering calls, transaction support) are completed in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner and in full compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies. The HRSC Supervisor will provide Tier 2 support to the Tier 1 service representatives when needed. Human Resources Operations Center GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES The HRSC Supervisor will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of a HR Shared Services Manager: Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service representatives, ensuring call volumes are managed, and transactions are completed, timely and accurately. Direct the distribution of work activity among the Tier 1 and Tier 2 service representatives in order to maintain a balance of activity and perform quality assurance checks on employee transactions. Qualifications Experience 1-3 years experience HR Service Center Experience Preferred 1-3 years of Management Experience Education Bachelor's Degree Required Special Qualifications • Broad knowledge of HR concepts and terminology • Team supervisory experience in a dynamic environment, which included performance management, customer relationships and vendor relationship • Able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity • Strong customer service orientation • Strong computer skills and technical capabilities, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Lawson HRMS • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change We offer you an excellent total compensation package, including competitive salary, excellent benefit package and growth opportunities.
