Senior Manager, Inventory Management

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory Management in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to partnering in dvlpmt of strategic plans to deliver fin'l results for categories by sponsoring & leading cross-functional projs to meet strategic fin'l plans. Bachelor's or equiv in Supply Chain, Logistics, Bus., or rel. fld + 3 yrs of exp in supply chain, merchandising, retail mgmt, or rel. fld; OR 5 yrs of exp in supply chain, merchandising, retail mgmt or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock replenishment, safety stock mgmt, & inventory optimization; End-to-end supply chain processes, incl procurement, warehousing, logistics, & distribution. ERP systs (e.g., JDA, SAP, Oracle) & inventory mgmt platforms; Demand planning & forecasting using historical sales data; Aligning inventory w/ customer demand & srvc-level agreements (SLAs).
