Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintain police records, prepare court files, handle data entry, update arrest records, mail accident reports, and assist with citation entry and fine collection.

Key Skills: Strong customer service for public inquiries and calls, independent judgment for problem-solving, and the ability to interpret technical documents. 

Certification: GCIC Terminal Operator certification is required (or must be obtained within 3 months).

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 

Deadline: Positions open until filled.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and a United States citizen. 

Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. 

Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License. 

Must have good moral character with no felony convictions. 

Must successfully pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and voice-stress analysis.
