We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to join our office team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values stability, consistency, and being part of a close-knit company.
What Youll Do
- Process and manage Accounts Payable
- Assist with Payroll department
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records
- Support general office and administrative tasks
- Help keep projects and billing organized in a fast-paced environment
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office support (1-3 years) preferred
- Will train right person
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Construction industry experience is helpful, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation
$18$22 per hour, based on experience
