Responsible for handling cases, maintaining contacts with clients, incl. proactive management of communication throughout the course of litigation; represent clients at litigation proceedings (hearings, depos., mediations); handle, oversee qui tam litigation and personal injury cases; research, analyze case law on issues related to qui tam and personal injury; conduct client meetings, depos., settlement negotiations, participate in mediations; analyze, assess and execute litigation strategies; appear in court (oral arguments on motions, ct. conferences); draft pleadings, motion papers, briefs. 40 hrs./wk. (M-F), salary range from $120,000-$190,000/yr. plus benefits. Requires: Master of Laws degree and 1 yr. of exp. in the job offered or as an Assoc. Attorney in litigation, or Juris Doctor degree and 1 yr. of exp. in the job offered or as an Assoc. Attorney in litigation, or any suitable combination of exp., educ. and training.
