IS SEEKING A LEAD PRESSMAN

Join our team and lead operations on our DGM 440 newspaper press in the heart of Colorado's Vail Valley.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and mechanically inclined Lead Pressman to oversee press operations, maintain print quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure the successful production of our award-winning newspapers.

LEAD daily press operations in a modern, climate-controlled printing facility.
OPERATE and maintain our DGM 440 press and related equipment.
TROUBLESHOOT mechanical and production issues while meeting strict deadlines.
ENSURE quality standards, color accuracy, and efficient production runs.
WORK with a dedicated production team in a hands-on leadership role.

This position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, allowing plenty of time to enjoy Colorado's incredible outdoor lifestyle, including skiing, biking, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Shift: Friday Monday, 2:00 PM 12:00 AM

Competitive compensation based on experience, starting at $30+ per hour.

Possible assistance with relocation costs is available for the right candidate.

Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Newspaper printing experience is preferred, but candidates with related commercial printing or industrial press experience are encouraged to apply.
