Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week

About Us

Smart & Soulful Money® is a values-driven financial advisory practice specializing in working with women and wealth inheritors navigating life transitions, family legacies, and purposeful financial choices. We provide holistic financial planning and values-aligned investment management — including SRI/ESG integration and private impact investments — for clients who want to align their money with their progressive values.

We are part of Natural Investments, PBLLC, a fee-only RIA with approximately 20 advisors across the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative, mission-driven practice serving clients who are committed to aligning their wealth with their values. You'll have meaningful responsibility, direct client impact, mentorship, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing practice within one of the country's leading sustainable and impact-focused advisory firms.

Position Summary

This role combines client advisory support with significant responsibility for investment management and portfolio implementation. Working alongside a senior advisor, the Associate Advisor will play a lead role in managing client portfolios, implementing investment recommendations, overseeing rebalancing and trading activity, supporting private impact investments, and ensuring portfolios remain aligned with client goals and Investment Policy Statements.

The ideal candidate brings strong investment operations experience, enjoys portfolio management and trading, and is highly proficient in Eclipse – or has a strong interest in becoming the team subject matter expert in Eclipse.  This role also includes financial planning support, client communication, and long-term leadership potential within the practice.

We are seeking a professional who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys balancing client service, financial planning, and investment management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities independently while contributing thoughtfully to a collaborative team.
