We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can take control of the floor, lead from the expo line, and keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts. This is a working manager role—you’ll be in the action, not behind a desk. What You’ll Do- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on expo Manage ticket flow, food timing, and order accuracy during peak hours Support both front and back of house teams Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally Monitor labor efficiency and basic inventory controls Help create a fun, team-first culture that reflects our local roots What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management or strong shift leadership experience Experience in pizza, casual dining, or high-volume service Strong expo skills (communication, timing, attention to detail) Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure Team-oriented leader who leads by example Must be available nights and weekends
