Restaurant Assistant General Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager in one of our restaurants is a team leader who is passionate about building an enthusiastic team dedicated to great guest service and excellent food. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma with a continuous record of learning A degree in food and beverage management, hospitality management with solid restaurant experience would be a real plus. WORK EXPERIENCE Proven ability and experience in managing and leading people in restaurants, food and beverage training, front-of-the-house operations, guest service training and kitchen operations. Current Food, Alcohol and First Aid Certifications are required. Point of Sales systems knowledge. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong guest service skills with a passion of hospitality. Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity Clean, presentable appearance Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability in order to communicate with guests, team members and vendors. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and front end Point of Sale systems. Must be the kind of person who is approachable and can communicate with managers, team members and guests. We want to talk with you if you have applicable experience, a positive attitude and a desire to grow in your overall skills as a professional. Thank you.
