Maintenance Technician

Jet Rubber Company, a custom rubber molder located in Rootstown, Ohio, has an immediate opening for the position of Maintenance Technician.  Established in 1955, Jet Rubber Company has been 100% Employee owned since 1993. 

This opening is a first shift position requiring experience and knowledge to trouble-shoot electrical (up to 480), hydraulic, pneumatic, and general production plant issues in a custom rubber manufacturing facility.  Operation is four ten hour days with some fifth day OT.  Weekends off.  Pay based on experience and abilities.  Requirements include being a self-starter, communicating with the team, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and a good attendance record.  We offer health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance, a 401(k)-profit sharing plan, vacation pay and a yearly personal day.
