Job Opportunity: Full-Time Maintenance Position
Employer: North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority (NCFRHA)
Location: Bronson, Florida

The NCFRHA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. This position offers excellent benefits, with salary based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Florida Drivers License
Ability to pass a stringent drug and background check
Strong work ethic: motivated, dependable, and personable
Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and staff
HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
