Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Timberline Excavation is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee the office side of our excavation and civil construction business.

Responsibilities include estimating projects, preparing bids, obtaining permits, coordinating with local agencies, tracking project schedules and budgets, communicating with clients and suppliers, managing project documentation, and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has construction industry experience, strong organizational skills, can read plans, prepare estimates, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
