What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will oversee compliance operations related to:
- Section 8 voucher processing
- Special claims administration and appeals
- TRACS submissions, monitoring, and error resolution
- HUD regulatory compliance and policy interpretation
- Staff coaching, mentorship, and workflow oversight
- Audit support, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Communication with internal teams, software vendors, and housing stakeholders
- Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
- HUD Compliance Specialist
- Occupancy Specialist
- Affordable Housing Compliance Analyst
- Section 8 Program Specialist
- Multifamily Property Manager
- Contract Administration Specialist
- Affordable Housing Operations Leader
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in HUD, affordable housing, or Section 8 program administration
- Strong working knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3
- Experience interpreting and applying housing compliance regulations
- Leadership, supervisory, or team mentoring experience
- TRACS and voucher processing experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-focused environment
