What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will oversee compliance operations related to:

  • Section 8 voucher processing
  • Special claims administration and appeals
  • TRACS submissions, monitoring, and error resolution
  • HUD regulatory compliance and policy interpretation
  • Staff coaching, mentorship, and workflow oversight
  • Audit support, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Communication with internal teams, software vendors, and housing stakeholders
  • Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

  • HUD Compliance Specialist
  • Occupancy Specialist
  • Affordable Housing Compliance Analyst
  • Section 8 Program Specialist
  • Multifamily Property Manager
  • Contract Administration Specialist
  • Affordable Housing Operations Leader

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in HUD, affordable housing, or Section 8 program administration
  • Strong working knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3
  • Experience interpreting and applying housing compliance regulations
  • Leadership, supervisory, or team mentoring experience
  • TRACS and voucher processing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-focused environment
