Sales Consultant

Garage Force of Des Moines is the leading provider of residential concrete coating systems in Central Iowa, with a growing commercial presence. We specialize in premium garage floor coatings and concrete solutions for homeowners and businesses throughout the Des Moines metro.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant / Business Development Representative to help grow our residential and commercial sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite estimates and consultations
• Educate customers on Garage Force products and services
• Build relationships with:
• • Realtors
  • Builders
  • General contractors
  • Property managers
  • Commercial developers
• Generate self-sourced business opportunities
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Staff trade shows, expos, and networking events
• Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline activity

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Construction or home improvement sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up consistently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
