Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a remote, full-time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure smooth communication with customers and technicians. You will be responsible for talking with customers via phone, and email, handling inquiries, and routing issues to the appropriate teams.
In addition, you will perform data entry and basic data management tasks, maintain organized digital filing systems, schedule appointments, coordinate calendar needs, and provide general administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable multitasking and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Respond to customer inquiries and route issues to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and service records
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar needs for technicians and staff
Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service coordination
Utilize CRM and office management software to track customer interactions and updates
Support day-to-day remote office operations and maintain workflow efficiency
Perform related duties as assigned
