This role serves as a key point of coordination between geographically distributed teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, administrative processes, and event support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving academic unit.
Essential Duties:
Manage calendars for the CFO, including scheduling meetings across multiple locations and time zones
Provide administrative support to clients, including coordination and processing of personnel actions and related documentation
Assist with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and procurement activities as needed
Prepare, track and maintain records, reports and correspondence in accordance with university policies
Support general administrative operations and special projects as assigned
