ABOUT THE ROLE
Factory Cleaning Equipment (FCE) is looking for a driven, hardworking Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our growing territory across North and South Carolina. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone ready to build a career in industrial equipment sales.
This role works hand in hand with your Territory Manager as a true partner. You'll be on the front lines supporting customers, chasing down aftermarket opportunities, and helping grow the territory side by side. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner directly with the Territory Manager on day-to-day sales and customer service activities
• Identify and pursue aftermarket opportunities including parts, service, and chemicals
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in the NC/SC territory
• Conduct customer visits, equipment demos and installs, and follow-up calls
• Support the Territory Manager on lead generation, prospecting, and account management
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM for all customer activity
• Represent FCE with professionalism in the field at all times

• Ability to take direction from and work closely with a Territory Manager

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE
This is a field-based role covering North and South Carolina. You will be out in the territory regularly visiting customers and prospecting new accounts. All travel is local, no overnight travel required. That said, some days will include longer drives across the territory, so comfort behind the wheel is a must.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Car Allowance: $450/month
• Gas Card: Company-provided fuel card for territory travel
• Company Phone: Provided upon hire
• Laptop/Tablet: Provided for field use
• Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives

REPORTING STRUCTURE
This role reports directly to the Territory Manager. You are the Territory Manager's right hand and you will be working together every day to drive results and take care of customers. The relationship is built on communication, accountability, and shared goals.
