We are a growing commercial frame, door and hardware company and we are looking to fill a first shift fabricator/welder position/delivery driver position. This position will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including cutting, drilling, grinding, welding, loading and unloading of stock material, along with the delivery of finished products to jobsites.
Qualifications needed are:
*a good attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
*Chauffeurs license, along with a good driving record and the ability to have and maintain a medical card for driving commercial vehicles under GVW of 26,000 lbs.
*a minimum of 1+ years of fabrication and welding experience, preferably with hollow metal frames and doors
*Experience with common welding processes
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
*Experience in the safe operation of common shop tools and power tools
*Ability to lift 70 lbs.
*AWS certification or technical school a plus, but not required
