The Marketing Manager is responsible for sales and marketing team development. This individual will execute creative marketing strategies to meet the target marketing and annual sales goal.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Serve as project manager and logistics lead for trade shows and events.
  • Collaborates in the development of new products.
  • Manages all social media platforms to update and promote the company and its products.
  • Website creation, maintenance, and updating of content.
  • Track and monitor data and metrics through reporting; digital marketing metrics and data to optimize engagement and traffic across website and social channels.
  • Sales reporting by customer and product line, identify trends, opportunities, etc.
  • Design, create content and maintain all brochures, catalogs, digital marketing, price lists and sales collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain training database and execute certificates
  • Manage industry events and relationships.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Hootsuite.
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and knowledge of content management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel to trade shows and conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • Three years of experience preferred.
