Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment, managing a small team of 1-5 members. This role includes supervising inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order processing while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The Warehouse Manager utilizes a custom in-house Warehouse Management System to maintain accuracy in data entry, quality control, and documentation. Minimal physical activity such as lifting and walking is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate efficient shipping and receiving of goods
• Supervise accurate and timely order processing
• Oversee data entry using proprietary Warehouse Management System
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
• Maintain proper documentation for shipments and receipts
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures
• Lead and collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Provide support to customers regarding order status and inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proficient in Inventory Management Systems and RF Scanning
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
