Human Resources Recruiter

We are a prestigious Beverly Hills Law Firm that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a full time Human Resources Specialist that can assist with Recruiting, On boarding and implementing policies and procedures.

• Recruit and screen resumes, create job postings, coordinate interviews.
• Primary point of contact for policies, benefits and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Resolve conflicts between employees.

Must have experience in HR and or Recruiting.
