Accountant - San Gabriel, CA. Analyze, prep., & maintain the company's financial recs. in accord. w/ accepted acctg. principles. Compile & review gen.-ledger entries, journal entries, & fin. data to produce mo., qtrly., & annual reports. Prep. balance sheets, income statements, & variance analyses. Examine & verify accuracy of acctg. records & supporting documentation. Review operating expenses, revenues, & budgets to ensure fin. integrity & compliance. Assist mgmt. in eval. fin. perf. & planning by providing cost & revenue analyses & forecasts. Dvlp. & improve internal acctg. procedures to enhance reporting accuracy & efficiency. Coord. w/ mgmt. & ext. accountants to support audits & prep. fin. documentation req. for compliance & decision-making. Reqs Bach.'s deg. in Acctg., Fin., or Bus. Admin. & at least 12 mos. prior work exp. in acctg. or rel. position. Must have knwldg. of acctg. principles, fin. stmt. prep., budgeting, & internal control procedures. Salary $64,917/yr.
