HVAC - Maintenance Technician

Pinnacle Management is seeking a full-time HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our property management team serving the Fairfield, OH area. This hands-on role is central to maintaining comfortable, safe, and attractive homes for our residents. The ideal candidate will be dependable, skilled in residential HVAC systems, and completing routine preventive maintenance tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Qualifications:

• EPA 608 & NATE Certification
• Previous experience in HVAC/Maintenance
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Must possess own tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Training will be provided as necessary

• License/Certification: EPA Type II (Required)
• Work Location: In person throughout the Fairfield, OH area
